Saleh has over nine years of professional experience in audit, accounting recordkeeping, forensic reporting, and internal audit reporting. He has led and participated in numerous professional and advisory engagements for government entities and joint-stock companies across various sectors. His expertise includes institutional and financial gap analysis, financial sustainability planning, and the development of accounting and control procedures in line with leading professional and regulatory practices. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant by the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA), License No. 951, with strong experience in accounting systems and in testing and assessing the effectiveness of financial and accounting systems, contributing to enhanced reliability of financial data and improved operational and control efficiency.
